- Position B - Winder will rotate for 10 minutes, then rest for 90 minutes, then repeat the cycle. Position C - Winder will rotate for 30 minutes, then rest for 3 hours, then repeat the cycle.
- Position D - Winder will rotate for 1 hour, then rest for 3 hours, then repeat the cycle.
- For any position, you can select to rotate the watch clockwise or counter-clockwise.
