These powerful machines have been designed for the unique needs of the jewelry trade. These machines use ULTRASONIC wavelengths short enough to clean the finer aspects of jewelry, yet feature enough power to remove caked on dirt, as well as rouge and other compounds found in a jewelry shop. This industrial strength transducers are the heart of our units. These are considered  to be comparable to the finest transducers anywhere, at any price. All Best Built Ultrasonic have heat and three timer settings. The larger units feature variable temperature controller. The switches and rheostats are the finest quality which makes for very reliable machines. The heat and timers are controlled with illuminated digital indicator bars, making the units safer as less likely to fail. Best Built Ultrasonic feature a 2 Year Warranty on the transducers and 1 Year overall.

Warranties are issued by the manufacturer of an item and not our store. If an item you bought is defective within the 30 days of your purchase date, we will gladly replace it for you if a receipt is present. Otherwise, we will be more than happy to help you obtain any information you need in order to properly communicate with the manufacturer of your item. Please note that if you choose to have us correspond with the manufacturer regarding your item, there will be a shipping fee and/or a repair charge if the item's warranty is deemed to be expired.

ONLINE returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact us by e-mail or by phone to obtain an RMA number. We will gladly refund you in the original form of payment. Shipping costs for returns are paid for by customers unless item(s) are deemed to be defective or shipped incorrectly by us. Items that do not have a receipt will be issued a store credit if and when approved for return within the 30 days period. Please note, special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

STORE returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date but will be credited with a store credit. There are no cash returns on items purchased in store. Returns of damaged or defective items will be considered within 30 days of the purchase date.
